Christmas bokeh. Me trying out my new photography knowledge after a Night Photography class.
Crescent Beach at Ecola State Park near Cannon Beach, Oregon. I spent a few days driving along the coast with a friend in May 2018 and this was my favourite spot.
Wicklow, Ireland. Apparently they've shot many movies here! Including Braveheart, if I remember correctly.
Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, Ontario. I know it's super touristy, but I still love Clifton Hill.
Loch Ness, Scotland. Sadly, I did not see Nessie, but maybe next time. Did you know that the geology of western Scotland is identical to that of eastern Canada? They told us that on the boat tour. Neat, huh?
Scotland. Took a trip here between exams while I was on a study abroad year at Keele University, Newcastle-under-Lyme, England. For the life of me, I couldn't tell you where this shot was taken. Somewhere in or on the way to the highlands.
Vermont in October. This is what I call an "accident" shot. I was sitting in the passenger seat as we were driving past and I was like (in my head), "I must have this picture! Look at the colours! Look at the reflection on the water!" So I pointed and shot without bothering to adjust my camera settings (we were going too fast and I would've missed it had I paused for even just another second), and here you have the result. Not bad considering we were going at least 80km/h. If you look closely to the tree on the left, it's slightly blurry.
Vermont, in October, somewhere in the mountains. I love Vermont in the fall. I love Vermont in general, but in the fall it's beautiful.
This is what my street looked like the day after the 2013 ice storm. If you look closely at the trees on the right you can see branches encased in ice.
Blueberries. Me trying my hand at macro photography.
Dingle Peninsula, Ireland. On a bus tour around Ireland with my sister when I lived there between October 2005 and September 2006. For a place that's supposed to get a lot of rain, we had fantastic weather on this trip.
A little horse in Kenmare, Ireland.
Coliseum, Rome. I love this city. I'm told that you're not allowed to touch the Coliseum. I don't know if that's true or not but it wasn't the case when I was there in November 2005. I have a picture somewhere of me touching it. consider myself lucky.
Kylemore Abbey, Ireland. A huge gothic-looking caste-like structure on the water.
